Q. Can I get a price quote on an order?
A. Always. You can submit a quote request right from our website, by clicking on request a quote at the top of the home page, or you can send us an email, or give us a call.
Q. What are your lead times?
A. Depending on the embellishment type you need, standard times are 5-7 days, upon receipt of goods and approved art. Rush services are available at an additional charge, and we are happy to accept rush orders.
Q. Do you have any special offers for bulk quantity?
A. Yes, please contact us for details.
Q. How do I know the status of my order?
A. Contract Imprint sends an automatic email telling you that your order has been received, and when your order ships. If you ever have any questions about an order, you can contact us via phone or email, and we will be happy to assist you.
Q. What is your minimum order requirement?
A. Depends on the embellishment type you choose. We can generally print whatever quantity it is you need, so contact us and we will be happy to discuss your needs.
Q. Can I get a sample of my order prior to production?
A. Of course! Certain sample charges may apply, but please contact us and let us know what your needs are, and we will be happy to assist you.
Q. What if I need to cancel my order?
A. We understand that there are times when orders do need to be canceled. Depending on the stage your order is in, we can work with you on order cancellations to provide the best solution for you.
Q. What is your spoilage rate?
A. Generally, we like to allow for 5% spoilage, but we are probably at around 2%.
Q. What is the maximum image size you can print?
A. Depends on the embellishment method and apparel it is being applied to. Our maximum screen print size is 15 x 21.
Q. What is the maximum number of colors you can print?

Q. What is the turn time on an embroidery order?
A. Typically, 7 days upon receipt of goods and approved art. We are happy to assist you with rush orders as needed.
Q. What thread colors are available?
A. Please refer to the embroidery section of the website, where a full list of thread colors is available. If you don’t see a color you need, just give us a call, and we will be happy to assist you in getting what you need.
Q. Do you digitize the art files?
A. Yes, we are able to accept your digitized files, or we can digitize them for a small fee.
Q. Can you help me get a transfer made?
A. Yes, we can direct you to a vendor that we use often.
Q. How do I submit my artwork to Contract Imprint:
A. We have FTP capabilities, as well as accepting files up to 4-5 mb via email. We also use services such as Dropbox, Hightail, and other large-format file transferring services.
Q. What format should my art files be in?
A. We accept different file formats. Please refer to the decoration section of the website, and you will find the instructions for submitting art files to us. If there are any questions at all, our in-house art department is happy to assist you
